Warranty, Service, Delivery & Returns Policy
1. Warranty Period
We provide a 5-year warranty for the mechanism and gas lift (piston), subject to proper and reasonable use.
Fabrics, mesh, and armrest pads are not covered by the warranty — chairs only.
2. Service Terms
In the event of a malfunction covered under warranty, the repair will be carried out free of charge at the importer’s warehouse in Petah Tikva.
If an on-site technician visit is required, the cost is ILS 150.
3. Warranty Coverage
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or improper self-assembly/installation.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery time: 7–10 business days.

Destinations beyond Gedera and up to Haifa: 10–14 business days.

Deliveries to locations beyond the Green Line: subject to availability and logistics.
5. Delivery & Assembly Fees

Chairs: ILS 150

Desks: ILS 300

Special desks: ILS 450
Building without an elevator: an additional ILS 50 per floor above the 2nd floor.
Any crane service is at the customer’s expense and must be coordinated in advance.
6. Accessories Shipping
Courier delivery within up to 14 business days. Cost: ILS 50.
7. Self Pickup
6 HaMeretz St., Petah Tikva
Opening hours: Sun–Thu 09:00–17:00, Fri 09:00–13:00.
8. Returns & Trial Period
Chairs only — 7-day trial period. Return/exchange/full refund is available, excluding shipping/delivery fees.
9. General
The Company reserves the right to update these service and warranty terms and to review each request on a case-by-case basis.
